If no suitable prospects are found, we can assist foreign investors in the erection of their own plant, offering additionally:

1. survey of the best locations for the client to chose from

2. once the choice is made, negotiation of lowest possible price with seller

3. or, if feasible, cession of land by the county at no/low cost

4. concession of tax and financial incentives.
