Intensive courses on corporate communication and
motivation are organized for homogeneous groups,
either line or staff, such as directors, managers,
secretaries. These courses are usually taught in
the company premises, during work hours and/or on
the employee's own time. Special locations (e.g.
hotels) may also be used, at the client's discretion.
In such occasions, family involvement usually contributes
in a positive manner to the group's integration.
Courses follow a two-fold pattern:
• introduction to basic concepts
• group work on company-related subjects
The methodology is interactive and stimulates participation.
The aim is to create, develop and maintain esprit
de corps and mutual cooperation throughout the hierarchy.
Individual training is available for CEOs and corporate
spokespersons, to enable them to handle oral and
written presentations, vis-à-vis internal
and external publics. Special emphasis is placed
on relations with the media, particularly in crises.
To pave the way for a smoother transition in the
case of joint ventures, foreign and local executives
are placed in the same training program, thus harmonizing
different personalities and managerial styles.
Multi-lingual, cross-cultural coaching can also
be provided to assist expatriates and their families
in the process of adapting to new environments.
