Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alejandro Felipe Noël holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, a master's in Corporate Advisory from the Universidad Notarial Argentina and an MBA from CEMA – Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina.

In the course of his professional career, he has worked for several top companies and prestigious law firms.

In 2000 he founded Windfarm, whose initial purpose was the production and sale of agricultural and dairy products. As the business increased, Windfarm started its own distribution and afterwards the distribution of similar items from regional farmers, as well as providing marketing services for them.

In 2004 the company was granted the status of limited responsibility society by the Inspección General de Justicia de la Nación, thus becoming Windfarm S. R. L.

In the following year, thanks to a strategic alliance with MDS Consultores Associados Ltda, Windfarm expanded its trading activities internationally.
