After taking courses in languages and international commerce, French-born Marie-Véronique Contat pursued her university studies, attending for one year the Geneva HEI (Hautes Études Internationales) and obtaining a 3d cycle diploma in marketing in London.
After twenty years working as international director of large French fashion groups, she created her own consultancy, G.L.A.D. Consulting, which specializes in strategic brand development, with emphasis on fashion brands, international development and public relations organization of b-to-b conferences, licensing, competitive surveillance and sustainable development.
Thanks to her international experience, she has created an ample network of associates in Europe, Asia and South America, thus being able to offer customized local assistance to the G.L.A.D. clients that might so desire.
Besides French (mother tongue), she is fluent in English, German and Spanish, and has studied Japanese for two years.
